Troparion of St TICHON of Amathus Tone 1
A desert dweller, an angel in the flesh,/ and a wonderworker wast thou shown to be,/ O our God-bearing father Tychon,/ for having acquired heavenly gifts through fasting, vigilance, and prayer,/ thou dost heal the infirm,/ and the souls of those who have recourse to thee with faith./ Glory to Him Who hath given thee strength!/ Glory to Him Who hath crowned thee!// Glory to Him Who worketh healings for all through thee!

God called thee to the sacred priesthood/ as a worthy servant of the Holy Trinity./ Thou didst shine with the grace of godliness/ and strengthen the Church by many miracles./ O righteous Tichon, pray to Christ our God to grant us His great mercy.
Ἀπολυτίκιον. Ἅγιος ΤΎΧΩΝ Ἐπίσκοπος Ἀμαθοῦντος Ἦχος α´. Τοῦ λίθου σφαγισθέντος
Τῆς ἐρήμου πολίτης καὶ ἐν σώματι ἄγγελος, καὶ θαυματουργὸς ἀνεδείχθης, θεοφόρε Τύχων Πατὴρ ἡμῶν· νηστείᾳ ἀγρυπνίᾳ προσευχῇ, οὐράνια χαρίσματα λαβών, θεραπεύεις τοὺς νοσοῦντας, καὶ τὰς ψυχὰς τῶν πίστει προστρεχόντων σοι. Δόξα τῷ δεδωκότι σοι ἰσχύν, δόξα τῷ σὲ στεφανώσαντι, δόξα τῷ ἐνεργοῦντι διὰ σοῦ πᾶσιν ἰάματα.

Θείας ἔτυχες, ἱερατείας, νεύσι κρείττονι, ἐκλελεγμένος, ὡς θεράπων τῆς Τριάδος ἐπάξιος· σὺ γὰρ τῶν ἔργων ἐκλάμπων ταῖς χάρισι, τὴν Ἐκκλησίαν ἐστήριξας θαύμασι. Τύχων Ὅσιε, Χριστὸν τὸν Θεὸν ἱκετευε, δωρήσασθαι ἡμῖν τὸ μέγα ἔλεος.

Disciple of St Colum Cille,/ thou didst return to his native land and found a monastery at Dublin./ As thou dost now stand before Christ with the Angels/ pray, O Colman, that those who hymn thee may obtain His great mercy .
Apolytikion of Sts CYRICUS and JULITTA Tone 4
Blessed Julitta, Christ God's rational ewe-lamb, with holy Cyricus, her three-year-old offspring, stood at the judgment seat and with authority and great boldness they proclaimed the true Faith of the Christians. In no wise were they afraid of the threats of the tyrants; and now in Heaven, wearing precious crowns, they both rejoice as they stand before Christ our God.

Thou wast resplendent in asceticism, O beloved of God,/ and didst receive power from the Holy Spirit/ to destroy idolatry, put demons to flight,/ to save souls and to heal the sick./ We honour thee, O blessed Tichon.

Through your ascetic labors, you shone forth, O beloved of God, / and received from on high the power of the Comforter / to destroy the idols of delusion, / and to save people, / to cast out demons and to heal the sick. / Therefore, venerable Tikhon, / we honor you as a friend of God.

Ἐν ἀσκήσει Ἅγιε, θεοφιλεῖ διαπρέψας, Παρακλήτου δύναμιν, ἐξ ὕψους καθυπεδέξω, ξόανα, καθαιρεῖν πλάνης, λαοὺς δε σώζειν, δαίμονας, ἀποδιώκειν, νόσους ἰᾶσθαι· διὰ τοῦτο σε τιμῶμεν, ὡς Θεοῦ φίλον, Τύχων μακάριε.

As the Martyr of Christ God, the chaste Julitta, in her arms bare Cyricus, she cried out in the stadium with manful courage and boundless joy: Thou art the strength of the Martyrs, O Christ my God.
