Forefeast of the Nativity of Christ
GREAT MARTYRESS ANASTASIA OF ROME ― THE FREER FROM BONDS
Troparion of the Forefeast ― Tone 4
Make ready, Bethlehem, Eden has been opened to all./ Prepare Ephratha, for the Tree of Life has blossomed in the cave from the Virgin./ Her womb was a spiritual paradise whence came the Divine Plant./ If we eat it we shall live and not die like Adam./ Christ is born to raise up the image that of old had fallen.

Troparion of ST ANASTASIA ― Tone 5
As a martyr thou didst emulate the deeds of the martyrs,/ to whom thou didst minister,/ and striving didst overcome the enemy./ Thou art an abundant, copious source of grace/ for all who fervently come to thee/ O godly-minded Anastasia.

Troparion of ST ANASTASIA — Tone 4
Your lamb Anastasia, calls out to You, O Jesus, in a loud voice: / “I love You, my Bridegroom, and in seeking You I endure suffering. / In baptism I was crucified so that I might reign in You, and I died so that I might live with You. / Accept me as a pure sacrifice, / for I have offered myself in love.” / Through her prayers save our souls, since You are merciful.

Troparion of ST ANASTASIA — Tone 4
Thy ewe-lamb Anastasia crieth out to Thee with a loud voice, O Jesus:/ "I love Thee, O my Bridegroom,/ and, seeking Thee, I pass through many strug­gles:/ I am crucified and buried with Thee in Thy baptism,/ and suffer for Thy sake, that I may reign with Thee;/ I die for Thee that I might live with Thee./ As an unblemished sacrifice accept me,/ who sacrifice myself with love for Thee// By her supplications save Thou our souls, in that Thou art merciful.

Ἁγία ἈΝΑΣΤΑΣΊΑ ἡ ΦΑΡΜΑΚΟΛΎΤΡΙΑ Apolytikion — Tone 5
As a martyr you emulated the deeds of the martyrs, to whom you ministered, and, striving valiantly, you overcame the enemy. You are an abundant and overflowing source of grace for all who come to you, O godly-minded Anastasia.

Ἁγία ἈΝΑΣΤΑΣΊΑ ἡ ΦΑΡΜΑΚΟΛΎΤΡΙΑ Ἀπολυτίκιον — Ἦχος πλ. α’. Τὸν συνάναρχον Λόγον
Τῶν Μαρτύρων ταῖς χρείαις διακονήσασα, μαρτυρικῶς ἐμιμήσω τὰς ἀριστείας αὐτῶν, δι’ ἀθλήσεως ἐχθρὸν καταπαλαίσασα• ὅθεν βλυστάνεις δαψιλῶς, χάριν ἄφθονον ἀεί, Ἀναστασία θεόφρον, τοῖς προσιοῦσιν ἐκ πόθου, τῇ ἀρωγῇ τῆς προστασίας σου.

Kontakion of the Forefeast ― Tone 3
Today the Virgin is coming to the cave/ to give birth to the eternal Word./ Rejoice at the message, O earth;/ with the Angels and Shepherds give glory/ to Him Who was willing to be seen as a Child/ while remaining God throughout all ages.

Kontakion of Great Martyr ANASTASIA ― Tone 2
Those in temptations and afflictions hasten to thy temple/ and are restored by the grace that dwells in thee,/ for thou dost ever pour forth healings for the world,/ O Great Martyr Anastasia.

Kontakion of ST ANASTASIA — Tone 2
When they that are found in trials and adversities flee unto your church O Anastasia, they receive the august and wondrous gifts of divine grace which do abide in you; for at all times, O Saint of God, you pour forth streams of healings for the world.

Kontakion of of ST ANASTASIA — Tone 2 "Seeking the highest"
When they have recourse to thy temple,/ those who find themselves in tempta­tions and sorrows/ receive precious gifts through the divine grace/ which dwelleth within thee, O Anastasia.// For thou ever pourest forth healings upon the world.

Ἁγία ἈΝΑΣΤΑΣΊΑ ἡ ΦΑΡΜΑΚΟΛΎΤΡΙΑ Κοντάκιον — Ἦχος β’. Τὰ ἄνω ζητῶν
Οἱ ἐν πειρασμοῖς, καὶ θλίψεσιν ὑπάρχοντες, πρὸς τὸν σὸν ναόν, προστρέχοντες λαμβάνουσι, τὰ σεπτὰ δωρήματα, τῆς ἐν σοὶ οἰκούσης θείας χάριτος, Ἀναστασία· σὺ γὰρ ἀεί, τῷ κόσμῳ πηγάζεις τὰ ἰάματα.

Ἁγία ἈΝΑΣΤΑΣΊΑ ἡ ΦΑΡΜΑΚΟΛΎΤΡΙΑ Κοντάκιον — Ἦχος β’. Τὰ ἄνω ζητῶν
Τὰ πάθη ἡμῶν, τὰ μυσαρὰ καὶ χρόνια, ῥοπῇ μυστικῇ, Ἀναστασία ἴασαι, καὶ ζωὴν ἀκίνδυνον, διανύειν ἡμᾶς, καταξίωσον, ὡς ἂν τῶν θείων ἐντολῶν, τρυγήσωμεν πάντες τοὺς ἐνθέους καρπούς.


Ἁγία ἈΝΑΣΤΑΣΊΑ ἡ ΦΑΡΜΑΚΟΛΎΤΡΙΑ Μεγαλυνάριον
Φάρμακα προχέουσα μυστικά, ψυχῶν καὶ σωμάτων, θεραπεύεις πάθη δεινά, ὦ Ἀναστασία, τῇ θείᾳ ἐνεργείᾳ· διὸ τὰς χάριτάς σου, πάντες κηρύττομεν.
