Icon of the Mother of God OF THREE HANDS ― Apolytikion ― Tone 4
From the Palestine, godly-minded Sabbas brought unto us thy ven'rable icon, which is known as Of the Three Hands, O all-holy Bride of God. Wherefore, since the monks of Hilandar now possess it as their boast, they send up hymns of praise and thanksgiving, while crying out with fervour: Rejoice, thou who art full of grace.

Apolytikion of SS SERGIUS and HERMAN — Tone 4
Ye appeared as true fulfillers of the Gospel of Christ, living for the sake of Christ as though the world and all therein did not exist. Ye settled on an island in the sea, whereon ye struggled assiduously against the invisible foe; by fasts, vigils, and all-night standing ye wisely subjected your bodies to the spirit; for this cause did ye receive worthy crowns from the right hand of the Almighty One. And now as ye stand before the All-holy Trinity, O all-blessed Fathers Sergius and Herman, pray that we be preserved in peace and that our souls be saved.

Troparion of SS SERGIUS and HERMAN — Tone 4
Fulfillers of the Gospel of Christ,/ loving Him alone and despising earthly cares, you settled on an island./ There you fought against the invisible foe,/ by fasting, vigil and prayer subjecting your bodies to the spirit./ You received crowns and now stand before the Trinity:/ pray, O Fathers Sergius and Herman,/ that our souls may be saved.

Troparion of ST AUSTOL — Tone 7
Light of Cornwall and pillar of the Faith,/ holy Austol, disciple of Samson:/ thou wast a fellow-labourer with St Mewan,/ in such companionship that thou didst die with him and share his grave./ Pray to Christ our God to grant us His great mercy.

Apolytikion of SS CYRUS and JOHN ― Plagal Tone 4
Since Thou hast given us the miracles of Thy holy Martyrs as an invincible battlement, by their entreaties scatter the counsels of the heathen, O Christ our God, and strenghten the faith of Orthodox Christians, since Thou alone art good and the Friend of man.

Troparion of SS CYRUS and JOHN — Tone 5
O Christ God, / You have given us the miracles of Your martyrs, Cyrus and John, / as an invincible rampart; / through their prayers, frustrate the plans of the heathens, / and strengthen the faith of the Orthodox Christians, / for You alone are good and love mankind.

Troparion of SS CYRUS and JOHN — Tone 5
O Christ God, Thou hast given us an impregnable rampart/ in the miracles of Thy holy martyrs./ Through their supplications destroy Thou the councils of the heathen/ and strengthen the scepters of kingdoms,// in that Thou alone art good and lovest mankind.

Kontakion of SS SERGIUS and HERMAN — Tone 4
Having left the worldly life, ye did follow in the steps of Christ, and having reached great Lake Neva, ye settled there on the island of Valaam, and there ye lived angelic lives; from thence ye were translated rejoicing unto the heavenly bridal chamber. And now as ye stand with the Angels before the throne of the Master, remember the children which ye gathered so wisely, that we may joyfully cry unto you with all our soul: Rejoice, most blessed Fathers Sergius and Herman.

PRAYER OF ST IRENAEUS
Give perfection to beginners, O Father;
give intelligence to the little ones;
give aid to those who are running their course.
Give sorrow to the negligent;
give fervor of spirit to the lukewarm.
Give to the perfect a good consummation;
for the sake of Christ Jesus our Lord. Amen.
