Let the inhabited world rejoice for Theodore of Tarsus, was brought to Rome by the Spirit. He studied the law of the Gospel and carried on his shoulders the hierarchy of the Church in England. O Theodore, you carried the spirit of Paul the Apostle, from his Eastern homeland. Illumine by the radiance of the Spirit of God within you ^ our Church and establish it, so that the angels may rejoice.
