O Thalelaeus, thou didst defeat idolatrous error by thy martyr's contest./ Thou wast a treasury of healing,/ freely curing all who run to thy church with faith/ and who cry out with love:/ Glory to Him Who has strengthened thee; glory to Him Who has made thee wonderful;/ glory to Him Who through thee works healings for all.

Thy Martyr, O Lord, in his courageous contest for Thee received the prize of the crowns of incorruption and life from Thee, our immortal God. For since he possessed Thy strength, he cast down the tyrants and wholly destroyed the demons' strengthless presumption. O Christ God, by his prayers, save our souls, since Thou art merciful.

Through thee the divine likeness was securely preserved, O Mother Lydia, for thou didst carry the cross and follow Christ. By example and precept thou didst teach us to ignore the flesh because it is perishable, and to attend to the concerns of the immortal soul. Therefore thy soul doth rejoice with the angels.

Blessed are Thou O Christ our God, Who has glorified the martyrs of Kholm and Podlasie, who endured terrible persecution and torture for Thy sake, and through their suffering Thou didst affirm Holy Orthodoxy in our land. By their prayers, O Lord, establish oneness of mind and brotherly love in our hearts, granting peace to the world, confirmation to the Church, and remission of sins to all.
