Troparion of St CYRIL OF THE WHITE LAKE ― Tone 1
O Father Cyril, uprooting the thorns of passions/ thou didst blossom as a lily in David's wilderness,/ where thou didst gather a multitude of disciples/ and guide them as a father in the fear of God./ Glory to Him Who has strengthened thee; glory to Him Who has crowned thee;/ glory to Him Who through thee works healings for all.
Apolytikion of St CYRIL OF THE WHITE LAKE ― Tone 1
Uprooting the thorns of the wicked passions, thou didst blossom like the lily in David's wilderness, O Father Cyril. Thou didst gather therein a multitude of disciples, who were guided by the fear of God and thine instructions. As a child-loving father, thou didst never abandon them, and so we cry: Glory to Him that hath given thee strength. Glory to Him that hath crowned thee. Glory to Him that worketh healings for all through thee.

Troparion of St COLUMBA ― Tone 3
A fearless accuser of sin and avenger of the injured, thou in repentance didst accept exile in a distant land, keeping the strait and afflicted path of obedience in the monastic rule. Thou didst cast the cloak of love over the failings of the feeble. A lover of chant, thou didst rejoice in the creation, whilst hymning the Creator, and didst command thy followers to be at peace and have love among themselves, O gracious Columba.
Troparion of St COLUMBA ― Tone 5
By thy God-inspired life/ thou didst embody both the mission and the dispersion of the Church,/ most glorious Father Colum Cille./ Using thy repentance and voluntary exile,/ Christ our God raised thee up as a beacon of the True Faith,/ an Apostle to the heathen and an indicator of the Way of salvation./ Wherefore O holy one, cease not to intercede for us/ that our souls may be saved.
Troparion of St COLUMBA ― Tone 8
Innocent in soul, thou didst mortify the passions of the body, soaring on high to the mansions of heaven as on the wings of the dove, whose namesake thou wast, O Godbearing father Columba. And having by grace restored within thee the true image of God, thou didst teach multitudes of the faithful the ways of repentance; wherefore, we glorify thee as our father in the Holy Faith, O venerable one.
●
Kontakion of St CYRIL OF ALEXANDRIA ― Tone 4
Thou with the power of Christ Saviour's divine words didst rend asunder all the webs of the heresies and didst enrich the Church by cutting down the tares of profane Nestorius, O our blest Father Cyril; wherefore, in Christ's presence now with the choirs of the Angels thou intercedest fervently with Him to grant forgiveness of failings to all of us.
Kontakion of St CYRIL OF ALEXANDRIA ― Tone 6
Thy teaching has reached to the ends of the earth./ For from the wellsprings of the Savior, O blessed one,/ thou hast poured forth a flood of doctrine/ which engulfs all heresies.
Kontakion of St CYRIL OF ALEXANDRIA ― Tone 6 "Fulfilling the dispensation concerning us..."
Thou hast manifestly poured forth upon us an abyss of doctrines of theology/ from the well-springs of the Savior,/ drowning heresies and saving thy flock unharmed by threefold waves, O blessed Cyril;// for thou art shown to be a guide for all lands, O venerable one, revealing things divine.
Kontakion of St CYRIL OF ALEXANDRIA ― Tone 6
You have openly poured out upon us the depth of the teachings of theology, / drawing from the well-springs of the Savior; / you drowned heresies / and saved your flock unharmed from triple waves. / Blessed and venerable Cyril, / you are shown to be a guide for all lands, revealing things divine.

Kontakion of St CYRIL OF THE WHITE LAKE ― Tone 8
Thou didst scorn all ways and thoughts which dragged thee down/ and didst rejoice to yearn for the heavenward course./ With the Saints before the Trinity pray that thy flock may be preserved;/ for as we celebrate thy repose we cry to thee:/ Rejoice, O blessed Father Cyril.
Kontakion of St CYRIL OF THE WHITE LAKE ― Plagal Tone 4
Having scorned things corruptible and the ways of thought which dragged thee down, O Father, thou didst yearn joyously for the course on high; and as thou standest there before the Holy Trinity with the Saints, pray that thy flock be kept from enemies; for as we celebrate thy holy repose, we cry: Rejoice, O supremely-blessed Cyril our Father.

Kontakion of St COLUMBA ― Plagal Tone 4
O Thou prince of Celts and founder of monasteries, in obedience to the revelation of the Archangel Michael, thou didst endure exile and in so doing didst carry the Faith to the unenlightened. As one who received the grace of illumination by the light of the Holy Spirit, grant that the hearts of us sinners may be purified by His radiance. Intercede thou that peace may rule throughout thy land and the whole world, and forget not thine erring children, O holy Father Columba.
Kontakion of St COLUMBA ― Tone 8
As one in whom grace burned with flames of zeal, like Elijah thou didst ascend to the heavens, upborne upon thy virtues as upon a fiery chariot, O Columba; for thou wast filled with the love of Him Who loveth mankind, and by thy miracles didst convert many to faith and amendment of life. Wherefore, joining chorus with the angelic hosts, thou prayest with fervor to Christ, the King of all, Whom do thou ever entreat, O venerable father, that He save our souls.

PRAYER OF ST COLUMBA
Almighty Father, Son and Holy Spirit,
Eternal ever blessed God.
To me unworthy servant, to me allow
That I may keep a door in heaven.
The smallest door, the one that is least used.
But in your house, O Lord,
that I may see your glory, even from afar,
And hear your voice, O God, and know
That I am with You - You, O God.
PRAYER OF ST COLUMBA
O Lord, grant us that love which can never die, which will enkindle our lamps but not extinguish them, so that they may shine in us and bring light to others. Most dear Savior, enkindle our lamps that they may shine forever in your temple. May we receive unquenchable light from yo so that our darkness will be illuminated and the darkness of the world will be made less. Amen.
