Apolytikion of ST AGAPIOS ― Tone 1
Let all of us entreat Christ the Lord's holy Martyrs, for they make supplication for our souls' salvation; with faith and with longing, therefore, let us draw nigh unto them, for they overflow with the divine grace of healings, and they drive away the ranks of demons in terror, as guardians of the Faith.
Troparion of ST AGAPIOS ― Tone 4
Thy soul aflame with love for Christ,/ thou didst gather a company of illustrious athletes, O glorious Agapios./ With them thou didst excel in lawful contest,/ and together you were beheaded by the sword./ Henceforth ever pray that we may be granted the forgiveness of our sins.

Your soul aflame with love for Christ, / You gathered a company of illustrious athletes, O glorious Agapius. / With them you excelled in righteous contest, / And together you were beheaded by the sword. / Henceforth always pray for the forgiveness of our sins!

Τούς Μάρτυρας Χριστοῦ ἱκετεύσωμεν πάντες, αὐτοί γάρ τήν ἡμῶν σωτηρίαν αἰτοῦνται, καί πόθω προσέλθωμεν πρός αὐτούς μετά πίστεως, οὗτοι βρύουσι τῶν ἰαμάτων τήν χάριν, οὗτοι φάλαγγας ἀποσοβουσι δαιμόνων, ὡς φύλακες τῆς πίστεως.

Ἀγάπῃ τοῦ Κτίσαντος, πεπυρσευμένος τὸν νοῦν, χορείαν συνήθροισας, πανευκλεῶν Ἀθλητῶν, Ἀγάπιε ἔνδοξε· ὅθεν σὺν τούτοις Μάρτυς, ἀριστεύσας νομίμως, ξίφει τὸν σὸν αὐχένα, σὺν αὐτοῖς ἀπετμήθης· μεθ’ ὧν ἀεὶ ἐκδυσώπει, δοῦναι ἡμῖν ἄφεσιν.

Τὴν κιθάραν τοῦ Πνεύματος τὴν ἑξάχορδον, τὴν μελωδήσασαν κόσμῳ τὰς ὑπὲρ νοῦν δωρεάς, ὡς ἐκφάντορας Χριστοῦ ἀνευφημήσωμεν, Στάχυν, Ἀμπλίαν, Ἀπελλῆν, σὺν Ναρκίσσῳ, Οὐρβανὸν καὶ Ἀριοτόβουλον ἅμα ὡς γὰρ Ἀπόστολοι θεῖοι, χάριν αἰτοῦνται ταῖς ψυχαῖς ἡμῶν.

Let us acclaim Stachys, Apelles, Amplias, Urban, Narcissus and Aristobulus as a six-stringed harp of the Spirit, that sings of God's marvelous gifts to mankind. As divine Apostles they pray for us.
