Troparion of St Theodotos Tone 3
God enriched thee with the gift of the sacred ministry,/ O blessed Hierarch Theodotos./ Thou didst offer the excellent deeds of thy contest as gifts to the Lord thy God./ O righteous Father,/ entreat Christ our God to grant us His great mercy.
Troparion of St Theodotos Tone 4
Having partaken of the apostolic way of life,/ And becoming their successor to the throne,/ You have discovered in the practice of the virtues/ The way to divine contemplation./ Therefore dispensing the word of truth/ You have also suffered to the shedding of blood for the sake of the faith,// O holy martyr Theodotus, entreat Christ our God to save our souls.

Your holy martyr Theodotus and his companions, O Lord, / through their sufferings have received incorruptible crowns from You, our God. / For having Your strength, they laid low their adversaries, / and shattered the powerless boldness of demons. / Through their intercessions, save our souls!
Ἀπολυτίκιον. Ἅγιος Θεόδοτος Ἦχος γ’. Θείας πίστεως
Δόσιν ἔνθεον, καταπλουτήσας, τὴν τῆς χάριτος ἱερουργίαν, Ἱερομάρτυς τρισμάκαρ Θεόδοτε, καθάπερ δῶρα Θεῷ προσενήνοχας, τὰς ἀριστείας τῶν θείων ἀγώνων σου. Πάτερ Ὅσιε, Χριστὸν τὸν Θεὸν ἱκέτευε, δωρήσασθαι ἡμῖν τὸ μέγα ἔλεος.

Ὡς στύλος ἀκλόνητος, τῆς Ἐκκλησίας Χριστοῦ, καὶ λύχνος ἀείφωτος τῆς οἰκουμένης σοφέ, ἐδείχθης Θεόδοτε· ἔλαμψας ἐν τῷ κόσμῳ, διὰ τοῦ μαρτυρίου, ἔλυσας τῶν εἰδώλων, τὴν σκοτόμαιναν μάκαρ, διὸ ἐν παρρησίᾳ Χριστῷ, πρέσβευε σωθῆναι ἡμᾶς.

O Meriadoc holy hermit,/ through thy simplicity thou didst draw many souls to God./ Near the church of the Mother of God in Camborne/ thou didst cause a healing well to rise./ We glorify God Who has glorified thee.

As reasonable lambs, you were guided by Christ, the Chief Shepherd, / along the path of martyrdom. / You finished your course and kept the faith; / therefore, honored Kyra, Valerie, and Mary, / with joyful hearts, we magnify Christ today, as we honor your holy memory!
