TRANSLATION OF THE RELICS OF ST JOHN CHRYSOSTOM — ARCHBISHOP OF CONSTANTINOPLE
ST NATALIS
ST DIMITRIANOS the Wonderworker — Bishop of Tamassos, Cyprus
Troparion to ST JOHN CHRYSOSTOM — Tone 8
Grace shining forth from your lips like a beacon has enlightened the universe; / It has shone to the world the riches of poverty; / It has revealed to us the heights of humility. / Teaching us by your words, O Father John Chrysostom, / Intercede before the Word, Christ our God, to save our souls.

Troparion to ST JOHN CHRYSOSTOM — Tone 8
Grace shining forth from thy mouth like a beacon hath illumined the universe,/ and disclosed to the world treasures of uncovetousness, and shown us the heights of humility;/ but while instructing by thy words, O father John Chrysostom,// intercede with the Word, Christ our God, to save our souls.

Apolytikion to ST JOHN CHRYSOSTOM — Plagal Tone 4
Grace like a flame shining forth from thy mouth has illumined the universe, and disclosed to the world treasures of poverty and shown us the height of humility. And as by thine own words thou teachest us, Father John Chrysostom, so intercede with the Word, Christ our God, to save our souls.

Troparion of ST NATALIS — Tone 2
With Columba as thy guide/ thou didst learn the monastic disciplines, O Father Natalis,/ and by this example/ thou dost teach us the necessity of accepting spiritual direction,/ that pleasing God by our obedience/ we may be found worthy of great mercy.

Apolytikion of ST DIMITRIANOS — Tone 1
The boast of Cyprus, President of Tamassos, protector and guardian of Pera, you are shown to be, our Father Demetrianos, for you once gave light to the blind, giving the far-shining light, and he cried out: To Him who gave me light, Glory to You. Glory to God Who was pleased with you, glory to Him Who made you wondrous, glory to Him Who works through you these signs.

Kontakion to ST JOHN CHRYSOSTOM — Tone 1
The honored Church was mystically gladdened by the return of thy precious relics;/ and having hidden them like most precious gold,/ by thy supplication she bountifully imparteth the grace of healings unto them that hymn thee,// O John Chrysostom.

Kontakion to ST JOHN CHRYSOSTOM — Tone 1
The Church rejoices at the recovery of thy holy relics. She kept them hidden, like most precious gold, and by thine intercessions she unceasingly grants healing to those who praise thee, O John Chrysostom.

Having received divine grace from heaven, / You teach all men to adore the one God in three persons. / O all-blessed John Chrysostom, we rightly praise you, / For you are our teacher, revealing things divine!

Having submitted thyself to a master/ in pious humility, O Father Natalis,/ and being renowned for the sanctity of thy life,/ thou wast deemed worthy to guide others into the Way of Salvation./ Pray that we who hymn thee may be given grace/ to submit ourselves to direction, as Christ wills,/ that we may please Him in all things.

Kontakion of ST DIMITRIANOS — Tone 4
Successor of Herakleides to the throne, and the miracles by divine grace as the light of the sun, you illumined Cyprus, O Demetrianos, a divinely sweet life and most sweet words, wherefore you bravely turned, away from the error of idols, and you caused Christ to dwell in souls, as a hierarch shining with light.
